Documentation and system improvement
Updating of existing approved quality and safety documents by
incorporation of organizational changes. Preparation for approval;
Compilation of new, obligatory approved quality and safety documents,
draft distribution for opinion within the company, discussion with the
authority, preparation for approval;
Audit
Taking part on external audits held by supervisory authorities, or by
contracted partners of the company;
Liaison with external auditors, completion of questionnaires;
Personal contribution on external audit;
Initiation of corrective and preventive actions, re-check of performance;
Co-operation in the correction of non-conformances;
Reporting of performance;
Performance of internal audits in accordance with annual audit plan
throughout the company, and on site of contracted companies and
vendors;
Completion of audit check lists in accordance with relevant regulations;
Preliminary advice of company department or partner company on
anticipated audit;

Initiation of corrective and preventive actions, re-check of performance;
Revealing of potentional mistake situations and possible improvements
during the audit;
Co-operation in the correction of non-conformances;

Performance of internal investigations within the company, reporting;
Arrangements necessary because those were initiated by external
investigations to company (e.g. SAFA inspections), reporting;
Trainings, Company authorizations, competence assessment
Determining of training needs, completion of training plan;
Completion of thematic and syllabi to the internal trainings;
